There is a nag in my heart, a spiritual undercurrent that I can't get away from. It's calling me to pray and seek God, to cry out for Him to fulfill what I've been seeing and hearing for the past few months. I thank God that it's there, but it is also an strange sort of burden. I really can't explain it completely.

What I can do, is ask you to pray for this ministry. The Lord is moving in wonderful ways almost daily. The devil is ALSO moving, working diligently to destroy men and their faith. It's a painful thing to watch, but it must become our driving force to seek God for more power and authority. He must pour out His Spirit!

Today, Caroline and I began a new facet of ministry. We started marriage counseling sessions with a couple. This is something we have only done informally up to this point. This time, we are ministering under the authority of the Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center. It's a wonderul open door that has already doubled itself with another couple looking to follow suit. Pray for us as we serve these marriages that are such a target of the devil. May the Lord fulfill his will and glorify His name through the beauty of the marriage covenant.

If you're able to join us, we'll be having a special Monday night prayer event on April 12th. Prayer is held at New Life Christian Assembly of God from 7:00pm to 8:30. Please come and see and hear what the Lord is doing.

Please Pray!

We serve Christ with you. Thank you so much for your faithful support of the Lord's work in prisons.

Blessings - Doug
