There is a new Leadership meeting scheduled for Saturday, September 15th at 10:00am. Please do your best to attend.

MINISTRY
  1. Essex County Jail - We must pray diligently for both the Interfaith Chaplain and Protestant Chaplain positions. As we pray for Paul to leave, we must pray for the authority of Christ in the Volunteers to increase. We must pray for the Sheriff and staff to see the need for a Christ-centered authority, something that they may not see with their eyes, but the Holy Spirit can place in their hearts. Maureen Oh and Jason Ludwig have confirmed that existing programming continue unhindered.

Please pray for the man that God is speaking to to step out in faith. This is a critical time!

In addition, the conditions in the jail are at a serious level. Violence, fear, a dark spirit have covered the facility. Correctional Officer's are leaving their jobs, men are miserable and angry. They need Jesus Christ!
  2. Billerica Jail - Orientation for the ministry team of Doug Gregan, Jacob Williams, Julius Lambert, and Roberto Reyes are scheduled for Thursday, September 13th.
  3. Shirley Jail - Doug was denied access to orientaton on the 20th because he was 10 minutes late. Please pray for a quick rescheduling and no issues.  The ministry schedule is still to be determined.
  4. Boston Jail - Please pray for the right time to connect with the Chaplain at the Nashua Street Jail in Boston. Pray for the ministry team and Discipleship Group that will be launched.
  5. / HopeMail - This months mailing ended up going out to 18 men. Praise the Lord! Contact Caroline if you have any questions about HopeMail. Also, please pray for the finances to cover this ministry. The printing and mailing cost are adding up.
  6.  Chaplain's Meeting - Doug had a surprise opportunity to attend the MA DOC (Massachusetts Department of Corrections) Protestant Chaplain's meeting. He was able to share the ministry with everyone, get contact information, and build new and old relationships. Chaplains are excited about connecting for Aftercare, HopeMail, and the Prison Ministry Prayer Campaign.
  7. Teen Challenge - I'll be ministering at the Brockton facility on September 14th. (Please attend if you can.)
  8. Straight Ahead - Will begin coming to join us in prayer twice a month, rotating their team (Jason Ludwig, Hector Brito, Maureen Oh, Andrew ?)
  9. All Discipleship Groups
  10. All Jails

Specific men and women

Michael Martin - Mother in rehab for broken pelvis.
Frank LaMonde - Frank continues to be plagued by discouragement and unbelief. He is currently homeless and finding a new place to live is proving very challenging. He has his new attorney and has relocated to Lowell/Nashua NH. Favor with system and for peace and self control by the Holy Spirit.
Donald Chase - Don is struggling to not eat sugar. He has a health condidtion that is seriously affected by his sugar intake.
Nathan Chase - Nathan was released this week and is living at a sober house in Lowell. He's specifically asking for a church to attend and for fellowship. Contact me if you'd like to reach out to him. I hope to see him this week.
Jack Jackson
Raymon Cooper - A new release from out of state. We've been trying to connect and his schedule makes it difficult. He is not a strong believer, very likely not born again. His sister, Kelli Allien, is praying for him and needs support.
 James Britton - Employment
Dave Babb - Concerned about daughters ‘choices’ under her mothers influence now that she’s out of college.
Bob Jones - Will be released the 13th. Shaky housing arrangements, risk of going backwards again.
Edmanuel Andrickson - Currently housed in Middleton, receiving HopeMail and would like to receive mail from us. I will add his mailing information later.
