Michael Magyar Testimony - LEVEL 2, Spring/Fall 2016
My name is Michael Magyar.
Level 2 began for me before I was aware of it. I was a practicing Muslim in jail and would watch the Chaplain (Doug Gregan) fearlessly move through the present darkness of the insane asylum of the Lawrence Correctional Faculty, in Lawrence Massachusetts.
I felt thankful that at least 1 God fearing person came to preach the word of God...even if he did belong to Christianity. Islam was the better religion but I put that aside and attended some Christian bible studies and services.
After I got out of jail I did a six month study on the Shroud of Turin and published a five part series of it on YouTube. The evidence on the Shroud of Turin was enough to convince me that I was indeed on the wrong side of the fence. So, I converted to Christianity and joined Level 2 and Doug Gregan in Lynn, Massachusetts for a powerful 18 weeks Walk of Repentance course.
The 3 biggest things I got out of the course was.
1. I pray more. I learned the three daily special times of prayer observance recorded in the Bible in both the Old and New Testament. The Lord's Prayer at 9am. The 23rd Psalm at 12pm and Psalm 117 at 3pm.
2. I read the Bible more and began to add scriptures into my Self-Addicts Map of Consciousness. I updated the map while in Level 2. The scripture gives the best direction for me, an alcoholic and confirms that I can continue living in the authority force of Satan or choose to live protected by the authority power of Christ (see map attached).
3. I respect women more because through the Holy Spirit I turn my lustful eyes into a blessing from my heart. I learned from 1 Peter 3:8-9 to bless. That is my job to be a blessing and also get a blessing. Amen.

There is NEVER a time or place that the God of Love will not receive you if you turn to Him. Psalm 139 tells us that there is no place we can go to escape His Presence. Turn to Him at every time of need, no matter how sinful or dark and you will find God's love and power at work on your behalf.
Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O LORD, You know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me. [Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is [too] high, I cannot attain to it. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? Our attitude towards the commandments of God are a great, real-time indicator of the condition of our hearts. Victory is found when the commandments of God are not a burden to us. The Holy Spirit will help us as we repent of any resistance we have towards God's Word.
"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world-- our faith." - 1 John 5:3-4

Do You Need Volunteers?
We need Titus 2 Brothers and Sisters. We also need leaders willing to launch new groups and provide Children's ministry at NBFW meetings.
What Are Titus 2 Brothers And Sisters?
Based on Titus 2:1-8, these are Christian men and women who attend and participate in Discipleship Groups. Primarily, they focus on building relationships, and become "passive mentors." These men and women do the work of modeling how to follow Christ.
What Is NBFW?
NBFW is New Beginnings For Women. This is branch of the ministry is for the women who love a New Brother: mothers, wives, girlfriends, etc. It also provides aftercare support for women coming our of corrections or addiction.
What Is Your Success Rate?
God's success rate is 100%! Every man who gets connected and stays connected, stays out of jail and out of his lifestyle of addiction and sin. In the past 12 years we have worked on this mission field, this has been true for countless men. It is God's work, and He does it well.
Why Should My Church Get Involved?
7.3 million Americans are in prison, or on parole or probation.–that is one in 31 adults. The Body of Christ cannot ignore these statistics, or the vast mission field in our own backyard.

I was listening to a conversation this afternoon about Madonna’s recent headline where she exposed a seventeen year-old girl at one of her concerts. The girl is reported as saying…
“Seriously, why would I sue Madonna for the best moment of my life?,” (the girl) told The Courier Mail. “It was the best night.”
Out of Sight, Out of Mind...I'm sorry to say, Brothers, is not victory over your sin. Just because your temptation hasn't manifest in a few days or weeks or months, doesn't mean that you're walking in victory and that sanctification is working effectually in your heart and mind. Biblical victory for the Christian man is when the Enemy, the World, Your Flesh, or the Devil, come in like a flood, the Holy Spirit of God raises up a STANDARD against it. A divine work of God is produced in your life in real-time and you know Christ is truly Lord over these adversaries. It is a work of peace and divine strength, not of striving, anxiety and fear.
“So [as the result of the Messiah’s intervention] they shall [reverently] fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight [for He will come like a rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives].” (Is 59:19 AMP)
Satan is a mobster - a hit man - and he wants nothing more fervently than to rub you out. He’s a murderer, a liar, a gangster, and he’s got a contract out on your life. His final days as god of this world system are spent manically battling the angels of God for the souls of men. And if he can’t have your soul, he’ll settle for desecrating your call as an ambassador of the Kingdom of God.
As children of light, we have no business even dabbling in Satan’s kingdom. We have no business sleeping with the enemy in compromise and sin. Everything he lures us with is a lie. It’s darkness. It’s cursed. Church of the living God, we’ve got to wake up and declare, “No more! My life of compromise is over.
I started blogging almost ten years ago on Xanga, and thanks to Steven I ended up on my old blog today. Looking through old posts, I found one I thought I would share. This was first published on May 27, 2013.
I began to weed my garden.
Last summer I did a tiny bit of container gardening, and in the autumn planted some mums in the ground. That was a big deal for me. I’ve always thought I had two black thumbs, but after my little successes last summer, I am expanding my horizons.
So, I started to weed the flower beds beside the house. I like to weed. It is slow work for me, but with every weed I pull I imagine what I can plant in its place. I’m not very ambitious, and know very little about growing, but there’s a lot to like about being in the garden. It’s very satisfying.
Well, it was very satisfying, until I took my eyes off the nice, black plot I had just cleared. That happened on my second day. I stood up and admired my hard work, but as I turned to take my tools back to the shed I noticed all the weeds that still remained.
Until recently, we were pretty much in the dark about the human body. But then came the X-ray with its peeping eye...a marvelous instrument which has saved us much human misery. It was able to show us the human heart, but it couldn’t show us the soul or it could show us the throat, but not the voice. The brain, but not the mind. Nevertheless, medical science has done much to help this outward man that perishes. If our eyes are getting dim, we can get glasses. If our kidneys or heart fail, we can have a transplant. But as far as I know, there is one member of the body that has never been transplanted. If we used our arms and legs as much as we use this part, we’d be incredibly stiff and sore. But this member never gets tired, and I’ve never seen one with a splint on it. As you get older you may get dentures - but you will always have the same tongue you were born with! There are artificial joints made these days, but no artificial tongues.

I said last week that I’d attempt to talk to you on the three most important words, I believe, in history - IT IS FINISHED. This is one of the seven sayings, as we say, of the Lord Jesus on the cross. Just three words - IT IS FINISHED.
The Greatest Words Ever Uttered
By the Greatest Man That Ever Lived.
In these three words I see the consummation of all the Old Testament truth and the germination of all New Testament truth. I don’t believe that ever in history, anywhere, at any time, by anybody, were three words more pregnant with meaning than these three words given by one Man at the end of His life - It is finished. It is finished.
The idea that a leader whom we've known and loved should suddenly be exposed in a devastating scandal seems incomprehensible. Certainly leaders who have taught others could teach themselves. Is there not resident within all Christians biblical knowledge that would protect us from moral failure?So what is it then that can worm into an individual's thought-life, burrow down into his heart, and then grow so compelling that a leader is willing to risk everything he's loved and attained for a fulfillment of the flesh? Is it just sin? Or is there something deeper, a lack of spiritual discernment that left the heart of that leader vulnerable to demonic manipulation? Could it be that, at least among some, their heart was unguarded to the exploitation of hell?
An Unparalleled Warfare
Please note that I am not blaming the devil for every sin we commit. The fact is, selfishness and self-indulgence, which produce sin, are basic instincts of our fallen nature. At the same time, let us also discern the unique warfare of our times. Our world has been flooded with hyper-sexuality, wantonness and excess. The "red-light district" has moved from the city and entered our homes via the Internet, movies and television. We deceive ourselves if we think we can accommodate an immoral imagination and it not contaminate how we act out our lives.
