Doug Gregan has been serving in ministry since 1989, first as a musician and then worship leader. He served as Assistant Chaplain, and then Protestant Chaplain of the Essex County Correctional Facilities from 2004 to November, 2015. He has been the Director of New Brothers Inc. since its formation in 2004. His home church is New Life Christian Assembly of God, under Pastor Rick Amendola.
